    Hope this is only for Chatham Ontario's Coles Bookstore in the D/T area. The woman rudely hung up on me before I could explain why I needed a book ordered and would not help me over the phone . . . spoke to me like I was dumb.

    Plus, the store is so small the chances are that they don't have what your looking for. . . .

    I don't care what your policies are - don't hang up on potential future customers. I called another bookstore in Chatham,, customer service was great - informative and friendly and I prefer spending more money in independant and friendly stores anyways. I will be spending my money there from now on.
