  The new renovations look great. The store looks awesome and the displays are very engaging. Pricing is on par for all best buy franchises so not much to discuss about pricing. I did speak with a few employees and they were polite and informative. This is definitely one of the better Best Buys I have been to.

  They once gave my new computer that I bought my son for Christmas that I paid to have everything put on it(this is why it was still there after purchase) to another customer....along with the form that had all my personal info account info and passwords.

  Ever friendly staff helps customers best way possible. Be careful if you're buying earphones or headphones, absolutely no returns once bought apparently due to hygiene issues and surprisingly the above terms are not applicable for gaming headsets.
