  Very knowledgeable staff who sold me a laptop. Very quick in & out. Have yet to experience any issues with the computer, mind you only have had for a couple days so far.

  Store and products are great. However they wanted to charge an elderly family member $170 dollars to "remove a virus". I know this pricing is across staples stores, but charging that for a simple task is robbery. It's preying on people who don't know their way around a computer. I fixed it myself in 40 minutes.

  Wow- great store! Large enough to carry most everything you’d find at a location in a larger city. Centrally located near many other retail stores. Service is top notch! The manager is very good - friendly,helpful (not high pressure to make a sale) and VERY knowledgeable. I feel confident buying from this Staples!

  Customer service skills not great! I ordered an item 3 weeks prior to Christmas and prepaid for it. I was told at the time that it should be in before Christmas. I understand they are not in full control of these things but I went in last night to check to see about it, as I haven't heard anything and a manger happened to be standing there when I asked the cashier. The manager looked at me and said we haven't seen them yet and I mentioned I was told I would have it for Christmas and she just looks at me and say "well, it isn't Christmas yet". She wouldn't make the effort at all to look to see if there is an ETA or anything. Very disappointed!

  Great place for office supply needs from pen and paper to technology. Friendly helpful staff. Reasonable prices.
