    Had my ring re sized 10 months ago to a smaller size, it broke. Brought it back under warranty they fixed it. BUT I have rated them a ONE star all because of there ignorant staff member named Peggy. They called me to tell me my ring was ready. 1 hour later I arrive and said "Hello, I'm here to pick up my ring." This is how she should of responded after wards "hello can I get your name please?" But no, after I said I'm here to pick up my ring, she stepped back started blinking really fast like she was thrown off and gave me the most dirtest look and said uhh what is ur name? ...it was how she looked at me that made me furious. Like she was taken back by the fact I didn't mention my name when I walked in.??? Wierdo.Never going back.
