    Unbelievable!!!!! I've never even been there before. I called to make an appointment for my daughter and I and they simply said they are booked! Like what the hell is that? Who does that? Not very professional I'd say. If you want my opinion do not waste your time with them. There is a lot better places to get your hair done in Chatham or anywhere else for that matter.

    Beautiful, clean shop. All staff friendly and professional. I loved my hair cut and will definitely be back.

    This salon is busy but clean, neat and organized at all times. Michelle is amazing... Friendly and always helpful with suggestions or concerns.
