  I have been a VW owner for many many years and always have done business with Volkswagen Chatham and the former Richmond Motors. I have many reviews that I could leave due to our long history of owning VW's. Since this review would be best served to reflect the current ownership and staff, I can easily sum it up this way. When the dealership changed ownership and staff changed, I went from knowing everyone there to knowing very few. But in a very short amount of time, I have been happily greeted by those who are new and I feel like family once again. From the awesome mechanics team, to sales staff, management , administrative and anyone I have left out, kudos to an amazing team of people! You are not only personable, but professional, yet make people feel like you are part of the team. Today is yet another example of that. I just returned home from receiving service on my Routan Van. Once again, exceptional in every way! Thanks for taking care of every element! I chatted with Matt, the mechanic, Bobbi in service and they took excellent care of my service needs. But, many of the rest of the staff took time to say hello and make me feel appreciated as a customer. I strongly suggest you stop in for your service needs or maybe that new car purchase. I promise you, you will not be disappointed!

  Absolutely the best customer service I've received from a dealership. From friendliness, to prompt service, to help with getting a loaner vehicle. Everything was covered under the extended warranty and it was completely hassle free. Couldn't be more impressed.
