  Selection of product is not as vast as some of the other Supercentres but all the staff you come across are friendly and helpful. Also, having a couple self check-outs would be nice.

  I enjoyed shopping at Walmart in wallaceburg. Always relaxed and friendly. The only down side about this Walmart is the grocery carts are now smaller. It doesn't fit all of my groceries so I usually do a full weeks shopping in Chatham where they have the full size shopping carts.

  My dad stopped here for groceries on his way back to Chatham. He was very impressed at how fast he proceeded through the check out. He says it is because the cashier just scans the item and drops it in the bag. That easy. Unlike the Chatham Walmart which installed these table-like surfaces at most check outs where customers, including many elderly, get to pack their own groceries and then pay. And this new system is supposed to be faster? Walmart in Wallaceburg, just keep the tills the way they are, better yet, create some jobs by hiring a separate person to pack the groceries like you sometimes find across the border.

  It's a small sized Wal-Mart to be sure. Staff sure could use polishing up on courtesy and friendliness. They lag behind on other service sectors in the whole customer relations area. One gets the impression that it is not a priority among management at this store.

  Very well planned out aisles and friendly helpful staff. Very enjoyable shopping there.
