  Mike is always super helpful, really knows his stuff as Hi-Fi is a personal passion of his and has been for many years. The best part is that every time I go in to the store looking for something I get talked into getting a better product and spending less money in doing so than what i was originally thinking that I wanted. I simply wont go anywhere else now.

  Technically inept, I called Mike to walk me through a sound problem I had with my home system. The system had been purchased at least ten years prior. Mike was very patient and walked me through everything that could have gone wrong. I now have sound. Thank you Mike for your excellent customer service.

  This guy was awesome. Really helpful, really informative. I was having hard time finding proper cabling in chatham, and he made them from scratch for me.

  Mike is excellent to work with. Even if he has to do something else to make a customer happy, even if it was beyond his control. Best at aligning cartridges. Recommended the best, beyond reproach. You need to have an expert recommend turntable and cartridges this is the man!
