  As a regular guest 2-3 times a year, this visit was disappointing. Upon arriving the room I had booked (in August) was not available for both nights. The theme rooms are one of the main reasons I book here. The upgraded room we were given was nice but the top floor of the bi level suite was very cold. The gas fireplace must stay on in order to stay comfortable. Unfortunately our room was only partially cleaned by the maids, fully upstairs and towels added on the main. Even our trays from room service and garbage was not removed. Since we have stayed so many times in the past, we were found the level of service for this visit had really dropped.

  The bed was so comfortable. High ceilings nice rooms. Low water pressure shower and thin walls.. overall not bad though!

  Love this place. Not only is it beautiful, the staff are amazing. It's such a treat to stay here and find out which of the beautiful rooms you'll get. We've stayed 4 separate times, each in a different room. Shopping and restaurants are walking distance.

  I grew up in Chatham and it's sad to see this town with so many closed and dilapidated buildings. BUT the Retro Suites complex revitalizes the downtown area. Beautiful building, surprisingly great collection of art and memorabilia. Rooms are great as well.

  The room was beautiful and very clean. It looked better in person than in the photos. The room had all the ammenities one would expect and we were not let down in any way. The concierge was perfectly friendly and efficient. The hotel's location was great and the parking was easily accessible and well located. It was also a very quiet stay. Walking the halls of this hotel is an experience in itself. Truly a great great hotel.
