    This store can get a good variety of products but the customers service skills are severely lacking. The woman with the blonde hair is very cold. No smile, just cold. Yuck. The place looks so dumpy and dindgy, but their variety is what brought me back but the poor customer service is what will keep me from coming back. There are plenty of pet stores in Chatham-Kent to go to.

    They have good hours & also have a program where you receive a free bag of animal food with every 12th purchase.

    Great staff. Needed a special item to be stocked and they ordered it and now am a regular customer. If you have a pet or enjoy wild birds, this is the place to get your supplies.

    I go to the gregory drive & st Clair location. The staff are so knowledgable. The store hours are so convenient. At 8:30 one night I realized we were out of food and they were still open!
