  Will Carey from reliance came to quote us on a new furnace/AC On a home we just purchased. I was blown away with how knowledgeable, kind, and forthcoming he was with our options. It really helped us in making a decision on which route would be best for our growing family and our older home! Thank you for your expertise !!!

  I recently had a bad experience with online booking - I booked an appointment online, received a confirmation email, but no one showed up. When I called Reliance to rebook and find out why my appointment was missed, I was not met with great customer service. That being said, I mentioned this to the above tech tonight while he was at this appointment and he went above and beyond to make this issue right.

  I would like to say that the servicemen who installed my furnace and central air unit (Ali and Mike) are the best. Super pleasant. Knew what they were doing and did not waste any time. Excellent service. Would recommend them to anyone.They answered any questions I had without hesitation. Showed me all I needed to know to run my new units. Gold stars to both. Too bad there are only five to click on.

  We had some issues and called Reliance to go over our options, Jamey Kloostra came over on a Sunday afternoon, which is the only time we had, to explain what our options were. We were more then grateful and impressed with Jamey's knowledge, professionalism, and his honesty the entire process. He went over and above the call of duty and we are so excited to have dealt with Jamey!! We would highly recommend Jamey and Reliance to anyone looking to replace their current furnace/ac

  I had a spoken with a representative Saturday January 6, 2018 from reliance home comfort about getting a service for a water heater that I rent from them. they said that someone would contact me Sunday morning between 8am and 1pm and complete the service call .I waited but no one called or came. I understand that a water heater is not a priority but someone could have called to say they couldn't come and arrange for another time. After 1:15pm I tried recalling the service number listed on line. I've been waiting 100 minutes at this point listening to a recording stating that I'm important? this is 24/7 service? this is totally unacceptable I would love someone from Reliance to contact me and let me know how this is good customer service.

  Jeff, the Reliance tech has made his third trip to my home since I have been a customer of Reliance. He has always been professional, knowledgeable, and very clean in all of his visits. I appreciate the timeliness of his visits and the phone call made when he is on his way. He deserves 5 stars.
